Remarks

If tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above, a black rainstorm warning signal or ‘extreme conditions after super typhoons’ announced by the Government is/are in force for any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date as stated above, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the first working day (i.e. except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) after the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8, the black rainstorm warning signal or the ‘extreme conditions after super typhoons’ announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force.

Submission of Tender

Completed set of tender in triplicate of hard copies with a soft copy in USB Flash Drive and enclosed in a sealed plain envelope marked “Tender Reference: “Tender for the Office Renovation for MentalCare Connect Co Ltd located at Units B, 10/F and 12/F, Yin Da Commercial Building, 181 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong”. The completed tendermust be deposited in the MentalCare Connect Company Limited Tender Box situated at Room 1206, 12/F, Houtex Industrial Building, 16 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Late tenders will not be accepted

Remarks

2. Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors are invited to tender.

3. MentalCare Connect Co Ltd does not bind itself to accept the tender with the lowest price or the highest combined score, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.

4. MentalCare Connect Co Ltd shall have the right of final interpretation and decision in case of any disputes arising in the tender and the contract.
